| L'adeguamento delle macchine alle suddette norme è posto a carico del committente il quale si assume ogni relativa responsabilità, mandandone indenne il fornitore ed impegnandosi a sollevarlo da ogni responsabilità a qualsivoglia pretesa dovesse insorgere da terzi per effetto dell'inosservanza delle norme stesse. | Adaptation of the Seller's machines to the aforesaid laws or standards shall be the responsibility of the Buyer who assumes all liability therefor.
