| W ramach tego działania można wspierać rozmaite projekty bezpośrednio angażujące obywateli o wymiarze ponadnarodowym i międzysektorowym. W projektach tych powinni uczestniczyć obywatele o różnych horyzontach, wspólnie działający lub debatujący o wspólnych zagadnieniach europejskich na poziomie lokalnym i europejskim. W tym celu należy stosować innowacyjne metody umożliwiające im uczestnictwo w projektach. Aby ulepszać projekty partnerstwa miast i projekty obywatelskie, działania wspierające są finansowane w celu wymiany najlepszych praktyk, porównywania doświadczeń zainteresowanych stron oraz rozwoju nowych umiejętności. | Under this measure, a variety of projects of a transnational and cross-sectoral dimension, directly involving citizens, can be supported. Those projects should gather citizens from different horizons, who will act together or debate on common European issues, at local and European level. Innovative methods enabling citizens’ participation should be applied. In order to improve town-twinning and citizens’ projects, support measures are being funded to exchange best practices, to pool experiences between stakeholders and to develop new skills. |
