Przewodnik do programu LLP 2011, Część I, Warunki Ogólne).Public body: For the purpose of this call, all schools and higher education institutions specified by the participating countries and all institutions or organisations providing learning opportunities which have received over 50% of their annual revenues from public sources over the last two years or which are controlled by public bodies or their representatives, are considered to have sufficient financial and administrative capacity (point 3.B.c Selection criteria of the LLP Guide 2011, Part I, General Provisions).
