| Please note that this application form is to be used by higher education institutions (HEI) wishing to participate in the Erasmus Sub-Programme. In this form the institution can apply for different Erasmus actions (depending on the type of the Erasmus University Charter): Student mobility for studies abroad, student mobility for placements abroad, teaching assignments abroad for academics and invited staff from enterprises abroad and HEI staff training abroad. The submission deadline to the National Agencies is 11 March 2011. | Uwaga. Niniejszy formularz jest przeznaczony dla instytucji szkolnictwa wyższego (SW) chcących uczestniczyć w programie Erasmus. Formularz służy do wnioskowania o różne działania Erasmusa (zależnie od rodzaju posiadanej Karty Uczelni Erasmusa): wyjazdy studentów na studia, wyjazdy studentów na praktykę, wyjazdy nauczycieli akademickich w celu prowadzenia zajęć dydaktyczych oraz przyjazdy pracowników zagranicznych przedsiębiorstw, a także wyjazdy szkoleniowe pracowników uczelni. | This Action provides support for consortia of EU and U.S. higher education institutions to implement dual/double or joint degree programmes. Transatlantic Degree consortia projects may apply for three types of funding: i) flat rates/fixed amounts for administering the project to consortia institutions, ii) transatlantic mobility grants to EU and U.S. students and iii) transatlantic mobility grants to EU and U.S. faculty. The overall amount of funding on the EU side for a 4-year Transatlantic Degree consortia Project cannot exceed a maximum of EUR 408,000 /EUR 428,000 (depending on the number of partners of the consortium). | Działanie wspiera konsorcja europejskich i amerykańskich szkół wyższych we wdrażaniu podwójnych lub wspólnych programów studiów. Konsorcja transatlantyckich programów studiów mogą wnioskować o trzy rodzaje finansowania: i) ryczałt na administrowanie projektu, ii) transatlantyckie stypendia dla studentów UE i USA, iii) transatlantyckie stypendia dla wydziałów UE i USA. Całkowita kwota finansowania ze strony UE na realizację 4 letniego projektu transatlantyckich programów studiów nie może przekroczyć 408.000 EUR/ 428 EUR (zależnie od liczby partnerów w konsorcjum). |

| This Action provides funding for international curriculum development projects that involve short term transatlantic mobility not directly related to the award of a joint or dual/double degree. Consortia applying for such kind of project must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in transatlantic cooperation and exchanges including those funded under preceding EU-U.S. agreements. Support includes mobility stipends for students and faculty and flat rates/fixed amounts for the consortia institutions. The overall amount of funding on the EU side for a 4-year Excellence Mobility Project cannot exceed a maximum of EUR 180,000. | Działanie dotyczy finansowania międzynarodowych projektów typu curriculum development obejmujących krótkoterminową transatalntycką mobilność nie związaną bezpośrednio z uzyskaniem wspólnego/ podwójnego dyplomu. Konsorcja wnioskujące o taki rodzaj finansowania muszą być w stanie przedstawić udokumentowane osiągnięcia w zakresie współpracy transatlantyckiej i wymiany osobowej, w tym również dotyczące okresu poprzedzającego umowy UE-USA.
