The European Programme for Intervention Epidemiology Training (EPIET) provides training and practical experience in intervention epidemiology at the national centres for surveillance and control of communicable diseases in the European Union (EU).Als bursaal Het Europese opleidingsprogramma voor interventie-epidemiologie (EPIET) biedt opleidingen en praktische ervaring op dit terrein in de nationale centra voor de surveillance en bestrijding van overdraagbare ziekten in de Europese Unie (EU).
ECDC is supporting Member States communications activities by providing training in risk communication, bringing in a communications perspective in ECDC country visits (e.g. on pandemic preparedness planning), and gradually building a resource centre in crisis and health communication that can support country communication activities, e.g. on information campaigns.Het ECDC ondersteunt de communicatieactiviteiten van de lidstaten door opleidingen te organiseren over risicocommunicatie, door communicatie aan bod te laten komen tijdens de landenbezoeken van het ECDC (bijv. over de paraatheid voor pandemieën), en door geleidelijk aan een expertisecentrum uit te bouwen voor crisis- en gezondheidsmededelingen om de communicatieactiviteiten van het land te ondersteunen, bijv. bij informatiecampagnes.
ECDC is addressing the needs of training trainers using different opportunities.Het ECDC maakt op verschillende manieren werk van de behoefte aan opleidingen voor instructeurs.
ECDC is supporting Member States communications activities by providing training in health communication skills (including risk and crisis communication), bringing in the communication science perspectives through ECDC country support, and gradually building a knowledge and resource centre on health communication that can support country communication activities focused on communicable diseases.Het ECDC ondersteunt de communicatieactiviteiten van de lidstaten door opleidingen in communicatieve vaardigheden (waaronder risico- en crisiscommunicatie) te organiseren, door het perspectief van de communicatiewetenschap aan bod te laten komen via de landenondersteuning van het ECDC en door geleidelijk aan een Kennis- en Resourcecentrum voor gezondheidscommunicatie op te zetten om de nationale communicatieactiviteiten te ondersteunen, met name wat betreft overdraagbare ziekten.
