It targets experienced health professionals (mostly medical epidemiologists) with experience in field outbreak investigation and in the management of small teams.	De doelgroep bestaat uit ervaren vakmensen (doorgaans medische epidemiologen) met ervaring in veldonderzoek bij uitbraken en in het leiden van kleine teams.
It requires familiarity with the audience to whom health messages are being addressed, knowledge about relevance and importance of the problem to the target groups, ability of the group to tackle the problem and potential to promote change of an existing situation in a concrete environment.	Dit vereist bekendheid met de lezers van de gezondheidsboodschappen, kennis over de relevantie en het belang van het probleem voor de doelgroepen, vermogen van de groep om het probleem aan te pakken en mogelijkheden om verandering van een bestaande situatie in een concrete omgeving te bevorderen.
The target group for this training consists of microbiologists or biologists with previous experience in microbiology and a ken interest in intervention epidemiology; National FETP – Field EPI training programme.	De doelgroep voor deze opleiding bestaat uit microbiologen of biologen met ervaring in de microbiologie en een sterke belangstelling voor interventie-epidemiologie. Nationaal FETP – Opleidingsprogramma voor veldepidemiologie.
