Related to this and following similar experiences, ECDC organized a consultation of experts to assess the rationale for informing travellers who are possibly exposed to Legionella bacteria after the identification of a cluster alert, and to provide guidance to Member States accordingly.	In het kader daarvan en op basis van eerdere ervaringen, organiseerde het ECDC een raadpleging van deskundigen om de motivering te beoordelen voor het informeren van reizigers die mogelijk blootgesteld zijn aan de legionellabacterie na de identificatie van een clusteralarm en om dienovereenkomstig begeleiding te geven aan de lidstaten.
In the response to a health crisis as a result of a deliberate release of a biological agent the ECDC is aware of two contradicting forces that would be guiding the communication with the MS: need for advice, guidance and possibly assistance, and need to deal with sensitive information within the security sector.	Bij de reactie op een gezondheidscrisis als gevolg van de moedwillige verspreiding van een biologische stof, is het ECDC zich bewust van twee tegenstrijdige krachten die de communicatie met de lidstaten sturen: de behoefte aan advies, begeleiding en mogelijk ondersteuning, en de behoefte om met gevoelige informatie om te gaan binnen de veiligheidssector.
