被保険者によって船積みされた商品の受領を買主が拒絶すること	Refusal or failure of the buyer to take possession of products shipped by the insured.
買主が商品や役務の代金を請求書上の期限までに支払わないこと。これは、倒産やいわゆるチャプターイレブン（被保険者の保険によって担保されているその他の買主による代金不払い）と同様、信用保険事故事由たりうる。	Failure by a buyer to make payment for delivered goods or services by the due date specified in the invoice or sales contract.
