| Artikel 10 Absatz 7 der genannten Verordnung in Verbindung mit Artikel 10 Absätze 1 bis 4 enthält besondere Bestimmungen für die Bewertung von Produkten, die in der Union zum Zeitpunkt des Geltungsbeginns der Verordnung als Silierzusatzstoffe verwendet wurden. | Article 10(7) of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 in conjunction with Article 10(1) to (4) thereof sets out specific provisions for the evaluation of products used in the Union as silage additives at the date that Regulation became applicable. |

| Die Europäische Behörde für Lebensmittelsicherheit („die Behörde“) zog in ihrem Gutachten vom 25. | Die im Anhang beschriebene Zubereitung und die diese Zubereitung enthaltenden Futtermittel, die vor dem 15. Mai 2013 gemäß den bis zum 15. November 2012 geltenden Regeln hergestellt und gekennzeichnet wurden, dürfen bis zur Erschöpfung der Bestände weiter in Verkehr gebracht und verwendet werden. | The preparation specified in the Annex and feed containing that preparation, which are produced and labelled before 15 May 2013 in accordance with the rules applicable before 15 November 2012 may continue to be placed on the market and used until the existing stocks are exhausted. |
